How do I book service?

What products does Squeaky Green use?
What if I need to cancel my scheduled service?
You can self-schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments via our app. A 24-hour notice is rquired to avoid a cancellation fee.
Do I need to be home when Squeaky Green cleans?
No, you can leave your key in a lockbox.
Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
I need a cleaner today! Can you send someone?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate on demand service.
Can I book the same cleaner every time?
If you have a favorite or preferred cleaner, just let us know and we will do our best to schedule accordingly.
Can I / do I have to leave a tip?
You can tip in cash as long as the gratuity is clearly marked for your cleaner in a sealed envelope or via electronic payment by calling the main office.
What is a deep clean?
A deep clean is for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in the past 1 month.
What is the late cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made the day of your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation charge.
How many people will come to my house?
Our standard is 1 cleaner but on occassion a 2nd cleaner may accompany the first cleaner.

For your convenience, Squeaky Green House Clean accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Amex through our customer portal. Payment for all cleaning services is due at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel a cleaning and would like a refund, please notify Squeaky Green House Clean via email no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $75.00 late cancellation fee.
We stand behind our work. If you are not happy with your service, let us know within 24 hours and we will come out and re-clean the area at no additional charge.
