  • How do I book service?
    Select the "Request Service" button in the top right corner of this site and complete our request for service form. A Squeaky Green member will be in touch shortly after to discuss next steps.
  • Does Squeaky Green clean homes with pets?
    Yes, we love Furbabies!
  • What products does Squeaky Green use?
    We only use products that are non-toxic and made from naturally derived ingredients, and that are ethically sourced and produced.
  • What if I need to cancel my scheduled service?
    You can contact us to assist you or you reschedule and cancel appointments via our scheduling platform. A 24-hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Do I need to be home when Squeaky Green cleans?
    No, customers can store the key in a secure area, a lockbox, or provide keyless entry instructions.
  • Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
    Not at all, our cleaners are professionals and come fully equipped. However, if you prefer that we use your products or equipment, just let us know.
  • I need a cleaner today! Can you send someone?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate on demand service.
  • Can I book the same cleaner every time?
    If you have a favorite or preferred cleaner, just let us know and we will do our best to schedule accordingly.
  • Can I / do I have to leave a tip?
    Tips are not required but are always appreciated. Feel free to give your cleaning professional a tip. It will make their day! If you feel so inclined, you can tip via our online portal. You can also tip in cash as long as the gratuity is marked for your cleaner (preferably in a sealed envelope with their name on it).
  • What is a deep clean?
    A deep clean is ideal for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in the past 3 months.
  • What is the late cancellation policy?
    We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made the day of your appointment will incur a $75 cancellation charge.
  • How many people will come to my house?
    Our standard is to assign one cleaner to your service homes, but on occasion, we send two cleaning professionals. We adjust the number of cleaners according to the size of your space and the scope of the cleaning task.

Payments Accepted

For your convenience, Squeaky Green House Clean accepts credit card payments through our customer portal. Payment for all cleaning services is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

.We understand that things happen and that you may need to cancel or reschedule your services.  However, we require a 24-hour notice, which provides us with adequate time to notify our cleaners. If a 24-hour notice is not given and we send out a team to clean, we will charge a $75.00 cancellation fee. Full refunds will be issued if a 24-hour notice is provided.

We stand behind our work. If you are not happy with your service, let us know within 24 hours and we will come out and re-clean the area at no additional charge.
